It’s September 28, 2026. I’ve had this site active since around this time in 2018. I created it after I left LA and moved to Chicago as a portfolio for my copywriting. That’s what it’s been since then.
But I’m now essentially retired from copywriting. So, I’m revamping this site to focus it around my book writing. The copywriting is now essentially quarantined to the “copywriting” page. The prime focus will now be on the book writing.
A brief but full summary of changes made / coming:
Removing “Resume” page.
Consolidating “Corporate” and “Entertainment” copywriting pages into general “Copywriting” page.
Revamping and updating “Intro” and “About Me” pages.
Adding this “Blog” page.
May also add a video/Youtube component. TBD.
Probably not necessary to create this blog page. I’m sure no one will read it. But I think it will be good for me. A way to keep a record of things. Something I go back to in the future. And if other people find it and read it, all the better.
But yeah. I’m basically retired from copywriting. There’s one company I used to freelance for that I’ve told “hey, if you find yourself in an emergency and you need help reach out.” Otherwise, I have moved on. I’ll probably talk about why in the future.
That’s it for this one. Just introducing the blog and the changes I’ve made / am making.
